Justin has more than 22 years’ experience across multiple facets of the IT industry: from business development to high-level analysis.
Justin previously worked for multi-national consulting and out-sourcing house CSC, designing and delivering workflow and imaging solutions in the Workers’ Compensation space for companies including Allianz, GIO and QBE.
After moving into a Business Analyst role, Justin spent several years working for Singtel Optus in revenue loss reduction. A key aspect of this role was ensuring that business and call record processes were geared to meet the agreements in place between telecommunication companies both within Australia and overseas.
More recently, Justin spent 10 years working at a leading international law firm where he held multiple roles; including as a Business Analyst and Systems Administrator. Drawing upon his technological and analytical skills, Justin also implemented the first Matter Sphere installation in Australia, liaising between the in-house development team and external providers to successfully integrate off-the-shelf software platforms into the firm’s bespoke in-house systems. During this time, Justin gained extensive knowledge of the major PMS and DMS solutions favoured by legal.

Valerie has a broad range of technical and management skills and experience gained over 15 years in legal and other professional services organisations. Her contemporary experience and industry knowledge includes legal records and auditing; enterprise document production and management; vendor liaison; ITIL, internetworking; workflow; email management; SOE design, delivery and deployment; server upgrades; storage systems; mobile strategy; telephony deployment; computer fleet and server upgrades; system security and policy application; and enterprise search. Valerie has also managed nation-wide IT relocation and deployment projects across multiple sites in Australia.
Valerie has excellent system experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server and Desktop, MS Office, Lync 2013, MS Exchange, SQL Server, Commvault, iManage, Coveo, Avaya Aura, Cisco, VMware, Matrix42, and Citrix.
Complementing her skill set and experience, Valerie is considered to be a trusted technology professional with an exemplary employment and technology delivery record. She is also highly educated and regarded as having the highest integrity, of being commercially aware, intelligent, well organised and a self-motivated learner.
John has span more than 20 years working in professional services, primarily accounting and legal. He was the General Manager of IT at DLA Phillips Fox for 10 years and more recently the CIO at Gilbert + Tobin. Prior to that he was an IT Director at Coopers & Lybrand for 10 years. He also spent two years working with Ethan Group with a focus on the legal market.
John also has considerable experience working as a consultant, especially within the manufacturing sector where he has been responsible for conducting strategic reviews as well as ERP evaluations and implementation. He has also worked in the Project Office of the Colonial Bank, helping to coordinate a major program for system modifications to cater for the introduction of the GST. More recently he has been working on strategic reviews and RFPs.
During his career John’s roles have covered most aspects of IT, including operations, development, infrastructure and project management, and has worked and consulted to a variety of businesses in UK and Australia. His broad business and IT experience means he can offer value to any organization.
May Limngeun - Senior Consultant
May is a result driven, multi skilled IT professional with strong technical and analyst skills, complemented by excellent organisational and interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to carry projects through to successful completion.
May has worked in the legal sector for 18 years, primarily as a data analyst, and has extensive experience as a MS SQL DBA, She has also worked with Aderant PMS and has recently been involved in the implementation of Aderant Expert for a client.
Patrick Ng – Principal Consultant
Patrick has almost 20 years’ experience within professional services, primarily 15 years as IT Director at national law firm Maddocks where he was key to how the Firm conducted its business, risk profile and operational relationships with clients. He has also consulted to manufacturers, educational institutions, retailers, property developers and tech firms and has been a guest speaker on legal tech on many occasions.
He is considered to be a frank and logical communicator with a creative yet socially sensitive approach. His industry expertise covers both strategic and operational briefs. His tech expertise covers enterprise databases, internetworking and interface design with deep point expertise in EDMS, practice management, case management and litigation related technologies.
His custom innovations include the development of sophisticated data driven publishing systems, Australia’s first remote court access system, digital document review systems and development of the market leading legal full service web offering.
Patrick particularly likes well thought out, creative or innovative ideas that create new approaches to traditional challenges while also giving consideration to the future.
Vitali is an accomplished IT consultant with expert technical knowledge and over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications and systems security.
He was the IT Infrastructure Manager at DLA Phillips Fox for 10 years and more recently the IT Manager at Curwoods Lawyers for over 2 years. Prior to that he has worked as a Senior IT engineer in a wide range of industry sectors including managed service providers, government agencies, real estate and professional services.
Throughout his IT career Vitali has built an expertise in multiple IT disciplines including open source and proprietary operation systems, network and security products, storage and server virtualisation and data centres, enterprise applications and disaster recovery
His core strengths are in research, design and implementation of IT infrastructure, enterprise software and information security with an emphasis on cloud technologies.
